Mobile Computer Support, Inc. is a family business started by father and son. This business is founded on the philosophy of putting people first. The "people first" philosophy means we consider people our most important asset. It starts with our employees who are not just employed individuals but are an important part of a team. This philosophy is carried forward to our customers and the result is excellent customer service and will bring about success to those who make the decision to use our services. This business is founded on the premise that superior customer service and value bring about good business. We work to achieve a comfortable atmosphere where employees are considered internal customers, rather than individuals merely getting paid to do a job. MCSI´s workers are happy and appreciated. We believe this is the root of good customer service and starting there it grows outward, and onward until it affects everybody. It´s a cycle, when external customers convey their appreciation, directly or indirectly, it only serves the greater good of business and confirms the way we do things.
Mission Statement We believe that as every life should be goal directed and principle driven so should a corporate entity have a stated set of goals and a list of principles by which to guide its actions. Below are ours. 1. Our business exists to help other businesses use and profit from the latest in computers, Computer Networks and the emerging technology evolving around them. 2. We will stay on the cutting edge of this evolving technology and constantly look for new ways to use the resources we have to benefit those upon whom our future rests - our customers. 3. We believe that every relationship should be a "win-win" relationship and therefore we will engage in no transactions that benefits one party at the expense of the other. 4. Trust is as valuable an asset in business as is any other tangible property. Therefore we will maintain total honesty in all our dealings. 5. We recognize that people are more important than things and we will provide a fertile climate for personal growth by respecting the individual, appreciating and rewarding effort, and providing paths for career advancement.
